Bath Trax is a combination caster shower chair and reclining bath seat designed for use with children and adolescents with mobility disabilities. The three-piece unit comprises a multi-position mesh support sling with a torso belt, a rolling chasis with five-inch locking casters, and a removable tub support frame.

To use the unit, which works with any standard bathtub, the child is placed on the sling which is affixed to the rolling chasis. The rolling chasis is then placed beside the bathtub with support frame in place. The chasis is interlocked with the frame, enabling the caregiver to unlock the sling from the chasis and slide it over the tub for bathing. The chasis can be moved away to provide unrestricted caregiver access. At the conclusion of bathing, the process is reversed as the chasis is again interlocked to the frame and the sing slid back to the chasis. The frame and chasis are made of PVC resin.

Bath Trax Pediatric/Adolescent/Small Adult Slide Transfer Bathing System works with any standard bathtub. It allows other family members to simply remove the tub support frame for full access to the bathtub.
The Bath Trax consists of a multi-position mesh support sling shuttle frame, carried on a rolling chassis and a removable tub support frame.

Simply place the patient on the support sling/rolling chassis and roll the patient into position next to the bathtub; Interlock the rolling chassis to the tub support frame and slide the patient over the bathtub.  The caregiver then removes the rolling chassis for easy access to the patient providing safe, comfortable and secure bathing.  The mesh support sling allows water to drain directly into tub.
OPTIONS: Increase weight capacity to 175 lbs. Closed cell foam head bolsters, torso belt, ankle straps, positioning band, transfer bridge, 20” calf rest extension (Optional 5 position calf rest extends support sling to 60 “).
